Magazine Research! Please Help!

For my final major project I am creating a contributors magazine for young creatives. Exciting stuff :)

I was hoping that I could get you all to answer my survey - it's very short only a couple of questions, plus as you're all interested in fashion and the creative arts your opinion is valuable to our research.
